Creative Digital Detox
Allow yourself to focus on your creative project & to disconnect from the digital mayhem at La Muse Writers & Artists Retreat in Southern France.

Whether you want to start or finish a project, to forget about your phone so as to read that literary masterpiece of which you dream, or simply to BE your artistic self with no pressure or distractions – this is your best chance.
Art director, certified yoga instructor and published author, Artem will guide you throughout your individual creative practice and organise inspiring group discussions by the fire in the library, and outdoors in the soothing French countryside.
You'll be invited to start each day with a gentle sun salutation and meditation. Throughout the day and depending upon your needs, Artem will offer individual and group sessions to boost your creativity. In the evenings, we will get together on the splendid terrace to share our experiences – and to watch the stars.
The retreat includes:
- a room with a serene view;
- two private tutoring sessions;
- daily group discussions on how to get published, how to find an agent & how to boost creativity;
- morning yoga & meditation;
- guided walks through the countryside & the village.
Yes, we will encourage you to reduce your smartphone screen time to 30 minutes a day. Working on laptops is allowed only in the private rooms.
The retreat is self-catered (meals are not included).
Transfer from Carcassonne airport or train station can be provided upon request for an additional payment.
